Minimum disqualification for young drink driver with traffic record – Blacktown Local Court

Our client was a young man charged with driving with mid-range PCA. Despite suffering extra-curial punishment in the form of being retrenched from his job as a result of his licence suspension, the court insisted on entering a conviction, in light of the short period of time in which our client had held a drivers licence, and the fact that his P1 licence had already been once suspended for demerit points. AVO and assault withdrawn and dismissed, Blacktown Local Court
