Our client was a single mother charged with mid-range drink driving. She was recovering from the flu and was facing a serious family situation at the time of the offence. Despite the high reading, our client’s clear inebriation and the fact that she was pulled over for talking on her mobile phone, we were able to persuade the magistrate to deal with her matter without conviction and on a good behaviour bond.
