Robert Daoud’s maiden voyage into law was instructing counsel for the family in the Brimble Coronial Inquest. Since then, he owned and operated Sydney’s premier mentions practice, appearing in thousands of matters in every jurisdiction.

Sam is a criminal law solicitor with an extensive corporate background. He has appeared in the Local, District and Supreme Courts dealing in a variety of matters, and has briefed numerous barristers, including Senior Counsel for Trials and Appeals.

Sam appears in matters relating to traffic offences, domestic offences, drug offences and assaults. He has been successful at Sentence and Hearings relating to traffic offences and personal violence offences and has achieved excellent outcomes for his clients.

He has also made numerous successful applications to the Attorney-General’s Department for the remission of driver license disqualification and annulment of convictions.

Ben’s first contract in criminal law practice was with a small criminal law firm in Burwood. The matters in which he was involved varied from small scale possession of prohibited drugs, and mid-range PCA, to aggravated break and enter, and serious child sexual assault, the latter of which resulted in the withdrawal of charges in their entirety. Previously, Ben worked with the pro bono legal sector as a solicitor with the Humanitarian team at Salvos Legal where he managed multiple and voluminous matters across a broad spectrum of legal matters
